Megan grew up jumping and splashing through the 10,000 lakes of Minnesota. Her comfort in the pool led her into competitive swimming at the age of eight. She continued swimming through high school leading her to break a state record in 8th grade, become a two-time MVP, and attend Junior Olympics. All of her hard work and passion for her sport paid off when she was recruited by Fordham University, and moved to New York to study and compete as a Division I athlete.
Upon graduating, she'd fallen for the Big Apple, and decided to stay and work in Manhattan. But as time passed, Megan began to fidget in her desk job with built up swimmer energy, so she decided to get back in the water and give back to the sport that has given her so much!
