The Group
The Junior group is the step in between 12&U and our Senior training groups. We balance competitive swimming with the rest of life — emphasizing technique improvement and aerobic fitness while preparing athletes for Senior group advancement.

Average yardage 4,000–5,000 per session. Dryland required Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. No practice Sunday.
