Senior Makos represents the top level of training available with the Makos. Athletes here aim to become Junior Olympic Champions and qualify for elite competitions including Eastern Zones, Metro Senior Championships, Sectionals, and Junior Nationals.

Average yardage 4,500–6,000 per session. Dryland required Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. No practice Sunday.

Senior Makos is invitation-based. If you're a returning swimmer or have completed Junior Makos progression, talk to your coach about admission.
